Shipping and Return Policies
Most shipping is through UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail, which should require a maximum of 3 days for delivery (with shipping day being counted as day zero). Tracking notifications are sent out after the shipping label has been printed.
We do our best to package orders in such a way that your order will survive the rigors of shipping. Despite our best efforts, failures do occur and leaks may happen. If your package leaks, please call Ted toll free at 866.551.1927.
If your package arrives wet and dripping, take a photo and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. USPS Priority mail is fully insured, but recently, the post office has denied claims when I have been unable to provide proof of damage. UPS usually does not deliver wet, dripping boxes.
If we make a mistake on your order, please contact us for return options – we will pay for the return. If you make a mistake in placing your order, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and an $8 restocking fee will be assessed to your credit card. Fogmaster Jr returns may be assessed a 20% restocking fee. No refunds can be processed until the item has been received back into our warehouse.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please call 866.551.1927 to confirm that your return is valid. Ask for Ted.
No returns are possible after 35 days from shipment date. ALL refunds must be applied for before the 35 days have passed.
Refunds are never given on shipping charges. (NO EXCEPTIONS EVER) Shipping is never free! We would love to be able to ship boxes for free but there is no program available for that. (If you don’t believe this, just ask UPS when was the last time they shipped for free.) There is a cost that we must pay to send a box to you. Any refund will be net of the actual cost incurred for shipping. Call Ted at 866.551.1927 with any questions.
